"Dominecker Mad Rooster"

As A child on a farm in Mississippi, I hated this old rooster.  The mean old Dominecker rooster would chase us kids try to spur us!  Just plain ole meanness, I always thought.  Momma said he was too tough for the stewpot. but I for one, was willing to try it.
