We are located just off Glades Road between Powdermill and Valley Road in the heart of the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community of which we are proud members

 Once upon a time, a little farm girl from Mississippi dreamed of deep green mountains with rocky streams and hidden hollows.  In 1964 on a first time family vacation, she found those beautiful mountains, and eventually moved to East Tennessee in 1978. 

When I first arrived here I mistakenly chased a different dream, but through God's grace, I've started painting again in an incredible historical painting studio.. Filled with light, this room is a constant inspiration for me to paint.  I'm very often "at my easel" painting in front of everyone shopping through.  My motto is "Happiness, Hospitality, and Humor". 

Artist's Attic also offers my scenic photography, handmade jewelry, vintage quilts and dollies, hand blown glass and stained glass.
